1) Return & Refund Policy

*Customer are required to contact us within 5 days of receiving order. If products from a single order are received in several parcels, the return period begins on the day individual parcel received.

Please note that for all returnable and refundable item must be in its original condition (item tads, labels and/or security seal should be intact and not tampered.) including item that comes with removable parts and accessories. Return/ Refund may be rejected if your items did not meet our return and refund policy.

2) Return/ Refund Charges

5% Transaction Fees will be charged to customers for eligible all Refund/ Return items which meets our Return/ Refund Policy. This is in line with our Payment Processing Partner's Policy.

Exceptions applies to the below condition with NO Transaction Fee Charge:-

1) Order run Out of Stock.

2) Order cancelled by the Studios/ GK Collectors.

3) Return Process

Our support team will inspect the returned items and process to the return procedure if we confirmed that it fits within our refund policy. Please note that we have no control over how long it takes for the shipment to reach us, and our team may take up to 2 business weeks to investigate. This includes any dispute with the relevant Manufacturers/ Resellers/ Distributors/ Studios, and etc. As soon as your return request is being approved, it might take up to 1 business week to process and refund will be made to your initial mode of payment. Different mode of payment method may have different processing time, please contact your banks on the chargeback lead time.

4) Refund Process

5) Shipping/ Delivery Cost for Product Return/ Refund

All return/refund items postage fees will be borne by the customers and must be sent back with a mode of delivery that allows tracking. We shall not be responsible for any lost in transit/return parcel in hand of any courier service providers.
