Order Placing

1) How to Place Order (Pre-Order/ Ready Stock)?

** Free Shipping is applicable to Singapore Customers only.

** Shipping Fee is EXCLUDED for International Customers. 

2) Procedure to Place Order Online (PRE-ORDER)

1) Create a new account. / Login with existing account.
2) Look for the product you want to purchase.
3) Choose "Deposit" or "Full Payment".
4) Click on "ADD TO CART" button.
5) Click on "CHECKOUT" button.
6) Verify your item in cart.
7) Proceed to "CHECK OUT". 
8) Input shipping address and contact details for delivery purpose. 
9) Select Payment Method.
10) Customers will be contacted via email for balance payment & shipping fee when the item is ready. *Applicable to PRE-ORDER only.

11) Make payment to the balance payment & shipping fee.

12) Order will be processed.

3) Procedure to Place Order Online (IN STOCK)

1) Create a new account. / Login with existing account.
2) Look for the product you want to purchase.
3) Click on "ADD TO CART" button.
4) Click on "CHECKOUT" button.
5) Verify your item in cart.
6) Proceed to "CHECK OUT". 
7) Input shipping address and contact details for delivery purpose. 
8) Select Payment Method.
9) When product is ready, we will contact you for the balance & shipping fees, if applicable.
10) Make payment to the balance payment & shipping fee.
11) Order will be processed.

4) Order Confirmation

Customers will receive order confirmation via email from us within minutes after your order is placed. Please take note that all orders may take 1 to 3 business days to process your order. 

5) Item Out of Stock

Should the item listed on our website run out of stock, our team will contact you via email for next course of action.
