1) How to Order (Pre-Order/ In-Stock)?

Shipping fee is EXCLUDED for international customers. Free shipping is applicable to Singapore customers only.

2) Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship to a large variety of international locations.

3) Is shipping fee included in the listed price?

Free shipping option is available to Singapore shipping address only. Shipping fee for all other countries outside Singapore is chargeable and EXCLUDED from the listed price on our product page. We will contact customers and quote the shipping fees when your order is ready to be shipped.

4) Are all products listed new?

Yes, all products listed on our website are brand new. Unless stated in the product page.

5) Are all products listed genuine?

Yes, all products listed on our website are genuinely designed and manufactured by the respective Manufacturers/ Studios stated on the product page.

6) Does it mean that my orders are fulfilled by GK Collectors once payment is made?

Under certain circumstances, the product in your order might be Out of Stock or the window for Pre-Order is closed. In the event of your order is Out of Stock or Pre-Order is closed, our team will contact you for alternative solutions. You may use the same amount of money to place order for other products listed on our website. Otherwise, you may choose to request for a full refund.

 7) What is the difference between Pre-Order and In-Stock Product?

Pre-Order refers to a product that is not ready and yet to manufactured. All Pre-Order product will have estimated completion date in the Product Description.

In-Stock refers to a product that is ready for shipment from the Manufacturer/ Studio. 

8) Why is there an estimated completion date for Pre-Order products?

Q1 (1st Quarter): January - March

Q2 (2nd Quarter): April - June

Q3 (3rd Quarter): July - September

Q4 (4th Quarter): October - December

Estimated completion date is just an estimation date provided by the Manufacturer/ Studio. All estimation are in quarterly form mentioned above 

Majority of our products listed are GK (Garage Kits) Figurines/ Collectibles. All products are handmade and go through strict quality control procedures to make sure its perfection before delivery. Thus, all these aspects are time consuming and takes longer time to produce.

Please note that the stated estimated completion date is subject to change without notice by the Manufacturer/ Studio and delays is possible. Customers should take this into consideration before placing a Pre-Order product. Deposit paid for the Pre-Order products are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE should there be any delays beyond the stated estimated completion date.

9) Is order cancellation (Pre-Order/ In-Stock) allowed?

Customers may send in order cancellation to us anytime. However, there will be no refund for the payments made to the cancellation order.

Pre Order Products: All deposit paid is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance is refundable if Full Payment was made, and only if the Manufacturer/ Studio has not collected the balance payment. If Manufacturer/ Studio has collected the Balance, there will be NO REFUND for all the payments (Deposit/ Balance/ Full Payment) made.

In-Stock Product: Strictly NON-REFUNDABLE.

10) Why is there a Deposit for Pre-Order products?

Pre-Order products refer to products that are not ready and yet to manufactured. The Manufacturer/ Studio may request for deposit to secure the orders and to ensure that customer is willing to wait for the finished product. Customer will need to clear all the balance payment/ shipping fees before the due date stated in the email/ invoice. Failure to do comply with the above may result in order being cancelled and any Deposit/ Balance / Full Payment paid will be forfeited without any refund.

11) What is Full Payment?

Full Payment refers to a full settlement of the product price stated on the product page. Customers who make Full Payment to order will not receive email from us to request for balance payment. However, we will still send email for the product shipping fee when order is ready for shipment.

12) What is “Deposit” Payment?

Deposit payment refers to a partial payment made to the product you want to purchase, and remaining balance payment to be paid upon completion of the product. An email will be sent to customers, requesting for the balance payment when near to product completion and Manufacturer/ Studio will be requesting for the remaining balance payment. Once balance payment has been made, customers will receive another email for the product shipping fee when order is ready for shipment.

**All deposit paid is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. Balance is refundable if Full Payment was made, and only if the Manufacturer/ Studio has not collected the balance payment. If Manufacturer/ Studio has collected the Balance, there will be NO REFUND for all the payments (Deposit/ Balance/ Full Payment) made.

13) Return/ Refund Charges

5% Transaction Fees will be charged to customers for eligible all Refund/ Return items which meets our Return/ Refund Policy. This is in line with our Payment Processing Partner's Policy.

Exceptions applies to the below condition with NO Transaction Fee Charge:-

1) Order run Out of Stock.

2) Order cancelled by the Studios/ GK Collectors.

14) What happen if I received a defect/ damaged item?

We sincerely apologies for any defect/ damaged to your product. In the event of any defect/ damage to your product, please contact us with evidence of the defect/ damaged product and a detailed description within 24 hours. We will escalate the issue to our Manufacturer/ Studio/ shipping company for assistance and solution.

Please note that most of our figures are made with resin which is fragile and brittle in nature. Hence, there is a risk of damaging the parts. Some parts might be damaged during transit or shipping. Should there be any replacement to your defect/ damaged product, customers are responsible for all the shipping fee incurred.
